2) Service description and scope

Drezmix provides educational content related to backyard poultry farming in Ireland, including general information about chicken care routines, egg varieties, storage tips, free range concepts, and flock planning. 7) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drezmix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drezmix’s total direct liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site and these Terms is limited to the lower of: (a) the amount you paid to Drezmix for the Site or related services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) 100 EUR.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where such limitation is not permitted.

8) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Drezmix and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your infringement of any third party rights.
